What do I do if my item(s) arrived damaged?Updated 7 months ago

We’re sorry your item(s) have arrived damage!

Occasionally things can get damaged during shipping. Don't worry we’ll do our best to help get the issue resolved ASAP.

Please do not assemble your purchase, and keep all of the original packaging. For the quickest resolution, where possible, we'll ship out the required part(s), but in some instances it may be necessary to repack the product so we can arrange to have it picked up.

Please email our team at [email protected] with clear, well lit images of your damaged item for further assistance.

We may need to contact you with some follow questions to make sure we resolve all issues correctly the first time.

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll be sure to resolve the situation as best we can!
