Our return policy allows returns or exchanges for items that are brand new, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Products must have been purchased in the last 21 days.

Please note that items that have been unpackaged and/or assembled are not eligible for return.

Any items purchased through the Banwood Marketplace are not eligible for return

You can expect your refund to be processed within 3 business days or fewer, after our returns department receives the returned item.

Please note that return freight and a $10 restocking fee will be charged to you when processing your return.
